A large dining table, a sofa and armchairs provide comfortable seating for up to six guests. A writing desk offers a quiet place for reading or working with the television discreetly situated on the wall. High-speed fibre Wi-Fi is stable and available throughout the living area and terraces.
During the summer months, the interior remains pleasantly cool. The living area becomes a peaceful retreat — ideal for resting, reading, watching a film or focusing on work.
In the cooler seasons, the room is especially comfortable. The fireplace, the warm terracotta floor with underfloor heating, and the quiet atmosphere invite relaxed evenings indoors.
In terms of design, the space combines Provençal character with modern accents: terracotta flooring, light walls with subtle colors, a gold chandelier and white curtains create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
Kitchen Area
The kitchen is semi-open to the living area and fully equipped. It is suitable both for everyday use and for cooking together.

In the warmer months, many guests prefer the sun terrace with the large sun awning. The spacious outdoor dining table is located directly beside the gas barbecue inviting leisurely meals beneath the open sky.
The gas barbecue is available year-round.

A separate utility room with a washing machine is available within the house.
A drying rack, vacuum cleaner and essential cleaning equipment are provided.
